My name is Daniel Dueñas and I study law, one of the biggest difficulties I had been trought was one day when I was 16 I was at a party with some friends and it was late we were drinking so we decided to go home I was the one who would drive everyone home so we go into the car and we put some music I feel a little dizzy because of the alcohol but it was my car so I go on and start driving I ask my friend to pass me a bottle of water, but there were a lot of lights in front of me because of the other cars the music was so loud and I start to feel more and more dizzy I feel like if I was falling asleep and then I feel the crash and all my friends screaming I was like “oh god no please” but it was truth I crash the car with a wall that was in front of me I dont know if it was because of the crash or because I feel so nervous but as soon as a I realice that I crash the car I all the alcohol symptoms disappeared, I feel so bad because my father gave me the car just a week before the accident happen he gave it to me because of my birthday, I call home but nobody answer so I start to feel a lot more nervous then I call my dad, my mom and my sister too but nobody was answering the phone I was so nervous that I didnt realize my knee was bleeding I ask for help to my friends and one of them call his father he help of but obviously he was so angry when my father finally answer the phone i told him what was happening and he came as soon as he could to the place the car was, he was very angry and scream to me but he was also relieved that we were safe and the blood on my knee was only a scratch, after that we take the car to the workshop so they can repared it, then I went to my house and my parents talk to me then I understand that it was risky to drive when I was drunk so after the episode I start to take care of myself everytime I went to a party if I drink to much I try not to drive I ask some of my frinds to take me home or I order a taxi I think it was a difficult situation for me because I feel so nervous about my parents but also I feel so scared because of what was happening but now I take that situation as a life lesson and I try not to drink a lot when I go out with my car

after all my story my question is would you drink a lot and drive or would you prefer to take a taxi?
I don't like alcohol that much and I don't drive so i never been in your situation haha
ResponderEliminarWhen I drunk and I have to drive, I always stop drinking more less 1/2 an hour before I go, so I can drive in my 5 senses. And in the case I get too drunk, I will tell a friend, and he or she will take me home.

ResponderEliminarIn my opinion is the worst things you can do, drink and then drive, because you put your live and the others in dangerous is the worst thing you can do, I don't usually drink but if I do I prefer to call a Uber.

ResponderEliminarIn my opinion that is a very important topic. I think that all the experiences in the life gives lessons for it. Always first is the life and after the material things. If I drink I could makes me damage but not only to me if not others. To Call a taxi or uber is the best form to pretect me and the others.

ResponderEliminarI don't think it's a good idea to bring the car if you know that you'll drink, it's better to tell someone to pick you up or just take a Uber. I would have asked for a taxi.
ResponderEliminarWell, I prefer don't drive when I am drinking, It is so danguerous, and many people will be affected if some drunk drive. When I'm drunk I ask for a UBER or my dad, or someone to take me home, but never drive with alcohol.

I don't drink so the best advice that I can give you is, if you drunk alcohol, please for the love's god don't drive.

ResponderEliminarI've read your post, i think that was a bad idea, I don't trust in taxis as an option to back home when I've drunk because they can try to deceive you, but it is better than driving drunk. I usually stay at a friend's home when I'm drunk.
